We are looking for a Salesforce Practice Lead, you will have the chance to take ownership of our Salesforce offerings, leading a team of nearly 100 talented individuals and driving growth for our company. You will work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and provide smart and creative solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Hold delegated full managerial responsibility for Salesforce business unit, including
Define and grow a Salesforce Practice within the Accenture Baltics
Leverage your team’s subject matter expertise to help shape the development direction of talents and whole business units
Track performance against productivity metrics including budget, growth plan, maturity, and identify potential risks and opportunities through variance and trend analysis
Drive business development, both by expanding existing accounts and pursuing new growing opportunities. Build and maintain the network with Salesforce practice leads from other Accenture office's locations
Support engagements into new Salesforce projects through technical leadership, staffing and mobilization, onboarding
Required Qualifications:
Has an IT education bachelor’s or master's degree
At leaset 5+ years’ experience in consulting environment of implementation packaged products.
At least 3-5+ years organizing and managing IT projects, teams or competence groups
Excellent mentoring and communication skills
Good English skills both written and spoken
Desired skills:
Experience working within the Salesforce or other CRM ecosystem
Business operations skills (e.g., cost estimates, SoW development, margins, utilization).
