Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create and implement Test strategies and Test plans for particular projects;
Be responsible for the testing process and results in with-in the project;
Work with international, cross-country teams;
Participate in team selection and onboarding process;
Ensure planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to key stakeholders;
Drive, engage, and coach project testing team to achieve highest results;
Suggest and implement improvements within the project or testing capability.
Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT
Strong understanding of test methodologies and processes;
2+ years of experience in test management;
Strong people and coaching skills;
Real experience with several test management tools as an advantage;
ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate as an advantage.
