Job Description

We are looking for an SAP Industry 4.0 Functional Consultant who has overall responsibility for designing, configuring and supporting manufacturing execution and integration solutions. This position needs the ability to clearly understand the business requirements of the SAP ecosystem to be a part of the project team for different type of projects, starting from implementation to second level support the manufacturing execution processes. A strong understanding of manufacturing execution processes and technologies and the ability to work with peers in this area is a must for this position.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities: 

  • Perform the necessary analysis and consultations to Identify business requirements, solution scope and related benefits 

  • Work directly with clients to gather an understanding of their business needs and assist the client in the configuration and implementation of the software system 

  • Design, build and develop SAP Industry 4.0 solutions (DMC, MII/ME) to support all functions of the manufacturing execution process 

  • Aid in preparing and analyzing project plans and documentation

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience in one of the following areas: 

  • SAP Industry 4.0 products (DMC, MII/ME, etc.)  

  • SAP Production Planning module 

  • Other manufacturing execution (MES/MOM) products (Apriso, ABB Ability, Aegis FactoryLogix, etc.) 

  • Other production planning products (Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, MS Dynamics NAV Manufacturing, etc.) 

  • Production planning or shop floor supervision 

  • Knowledge of manufacturing execution processes and best practices 

  • Good problem solving and communication skills 

  • Good spoken and written English 

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to execute successfully 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Formal SAP training/certification or Knowledge/hands-on in S4Logistics is an advantage 

  • This position may require occasional travel
