Job Description

Job Summary: 

The Event Planning Analyst operates in a team environment to plan and execute meetings and events with both low and high complexity, both on and off-site of Accenture. It needs to be done in line with business objectives, requirements, and budget considerations. That includes event planning, developing meeting and event strategy, vendor, and venue procurement, contracting and dealings, provision of meeting planning services/support, managing budgets, invoice reconciliation and payments

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Meetings, Conferences and Events organization
    • Client/Supplier communication
    • Planning and organization 
    • Generating creative ideas and approaches
    • Collaborate with third party event organizers
    • Cooperate with other Accenture departments 
    • Ensuring budgets and time frames are met 
    • On the day support with events and room set up 
    • Travel arrangements/Taxi booking/Restaurant booking 
    • Catering arrangements and catering serving when necessary 
    • Flowers & gifts searching and ordering 
    • Ensure event logistics 
    • Technology-related support 
    • Post-event facilitation 
  • Understand local market and search for potential new suppliers and services
  • Stay compliant with company policies
  • Preparation of Business Reports

·       Relevant experience 2+ years 

·       Great communication skills, innovative approach, attention to details 

·       Ability to provide courteous and helpful customer service 

·       Microsoft Office knowledge 

·       Possess excellent English and Latvian skills
