  • Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs
  • Create personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases
  • Create instant tangibility for the team and the client through storytelling and rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototyping
  • Create and work using Design Systems
  • Apply Industry standards & User centric approach
  • Define the User Interface Design through information architecture, wireframes and user flows and validate it through usability testing
  • Design specifications & style guides to supplement prototypes for our implementation partners
  • Present solution options and advocate Design solutions
  • Participate in UX workshops
  • Travel around the World to visit clients in different countries
  • Work with Digital products and services
  • Be a part of an international team
  • Create lasting designs for a great user experienc

  • degree in web/graphic design or a related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Web (UX/UI) Design
  • Good skills of design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, InDesign and Zeplin
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suit and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and mobile operating systems, platforms and standards (iOS and Android)
  • Ability to translate keywords into visuals
  • Strong time management skills (ability to switch between multiple projects at the same time)
  • Ability to look at the work from the point of view of consumer and examine how the design developed will be perceived by the consumer and the larger audience
  • Good communication skills in English, to be able present and advocate your creative ideas
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Positive spirit and being a team player
  • Availability for Business trips (≥75%)
