Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design and implement functional and technical requirements
  • Work with client teams, system architects and quality assurance to implement new solutions and customize existing solutions
  • Advise solutions based on effective utilization of software package's features 
  • Define data models and flows between enterprise systems and CRM solution
  • Perform technical reviews of implemented functionality
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team 

 What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years work experience in IT
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes and standards
  • Experience in design and implementation of IT solutions
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Master Data Management patterns, techniques and tools will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in IT Security, Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning will be considered as an advantage
