Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing control, precision, and data integrity by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive automation solutions, and ensuring that the testing function delivers consistent and reliable outcomes across projects. Collaboration and leadership are central as you guide teams toward achieving higher efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing workflows using robotic process automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming concepts relevant to automation.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing test coverage and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
