As Recruiter you will take ownership for the recruiting coordination and customized service for the IT & Finance profiles. You will be accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the recruiting plan.



Key Responsibilities

Recruiting:
Responsible for the recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular reports
Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
Act as a single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Screen cv's
Coordinate with administration to move the candidate through the recruiting process
Conduct interviews (phone screening, interviews)
Perform reference checks 
Do contract offer meetings
Source potential candidates via internet searches
Participate in recruiting events & sourcing activities
 
Client Management:
Help to analyze and determine recruitment needs in the business 
Act as a single point of contact for all recruiting related questions & concerns for the stakeholder group
Establish and maintain relationship with stakeholder group 
Provide external marketplace information to stakeholder group 
Create, distribute and discuss reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions.

 Supply Management:
Responsible for recruiting resource plan for profiles within area of responsibility 
Maintain contact with recruitment agencies 
Define most efficient channel to find candidates 
Gain good understanding of external marketplace/trends 
Act as main point of contact for external partners

Qualifications


Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting

Studies: Bachelor or Master degree 

Language skills: Excellent knowledge of English & French (written and spoken), German is an asset

 

Requirements


Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures 

Good understanding of external marketplace/trends 

Good understanding of different channels and sourcing strategies to find candidates

Strong interviewing skills 

Good understanding of pipeline management 

Service oriented and able to understand the business needs of a Consulting firm 

Excellent communicator, convincing and strong personality; 

Professional attitude and eagerness to learn; 

Good sense for the business and its needs; 

Service oriented and able to understand the business needs of a Consulting firm 

Team player 

Good computer literacy
