As a part of Distribution & Marketing Services in Luxembourg, you will work seamlessly with the Accenture team members and our clients' own resources to ensure that the Customer Service solution that we shape and implement will address their business needs.
We are looking for talented and motivated people who will:
·Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives and demonstrates to work creatively and analytically (strong diagnostic skills).
·Be involved in setting strategic direction, expectations with clients and supervisors to establish near term goals for area of responsibility
·Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
·Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments and is comfortable with fast paced projects and high-pressure settings
·Make decisions with lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility
·Have the flexibility to of work independently as well as managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
.Be able to enter new environments and produce results through the use of practical skills that are easily transported between different industries.
•Expertise in Banking, Wealth Management , Fin Tech or other industries with innovative sales and distribution models that could be applied to Financial Services.
•Minimum of 3 years of prior experience defining, planning or leading transformational initiatives –either with professional services firm(s) or as part of corporate-driven transformational initiatives.
•Minimum of 3 years' experience with Branch Network, Contact Center, Mobile & Online Banking user applications such as CRM, policy/account, Knowledge Management, lead management
•Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, sales, or service
•Bachelor’s Degree (Business, MIS or related)
•Ability to travel 80% to 100%
•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
