As Accenture’s Public Health Industry Lead, Kristin is responsible for Accenture’s portfolio of work with Medicaid agencies and Departments of Public Health across North America. She partners with clients to help them transform to outcomes-focused, value-driven organizations that leverage innovative technology solutions to maximize operational performance while improving the beneficiary experience.
Whether working to develop and implement modernization strategies, transform service delivery or harness analytic capabilities to improve health equity, Kristin helps public health organizations connect the right information across their ecosystem of stakeholders to drive innovation and turn challenges into opportunities.
Before joining Accenture, she was Medicaid Director for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She holds a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College.
