Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in application design and configuration.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments involving multiple teams.
- Experience in managing and guiding software development teams to achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with best practices in software engineering and application lifecycle management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mendix (Platform).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
