Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and change management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Epic Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
