Geographic Compliance & Corporate Legal Manager

This role is part of our Geographic Compliance and Corporate (‘GCC’) group in Accenture’s Global Legal Function. Our professionals work closely with other Legal teams, corporate and business functions to ensure we do business in a responsible and legally compliant way. We identify and help manage legal, business and commercial risks and provide high quality guidance and advice to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide array of compliance matters, namely data privacy, anti-corruption, Decree 231/01, competition, AML, and ESG matters.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, in particular in the digital market or in regulated sectors.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of compliance in line with Accenture Code of Business Ethics.
- Collaborate with global and local teams in conducting internal investigations in cases of policy violations and collaborate with other functions in liaising with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
Le tue caratteristiche
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in-house or in private practice, having gained experience in a multi-national corporate or law firm setting specialized in compliance and corporate legal matters, with a focus on data privacy, anti-corruption, competition, Decree 231/01, AML, ESG and AI regulations.
- Familiarity with international compliance standards and ability to work in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Law Master’s Degree, admission to the bar in Italy is a plus. Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
