You will be working in a multinational environment, in particular, you will:
- Establish and maintain clients’ document control procedures, including document numbering, version control, and distribution protocols, to ensure accurate and efficient handling of project documentation in compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements
- Oversee the management of project documents, including technical specifications, drawings, contracts, correspondence, and other project-related records, utilizing Clients’ document management systems and tools
- Monitor and analyze document control performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Establish effective communication channels with project teams, clients, and stakeholders regarding document control and project data management activities, ensuring timely access to accurate and relevant information

Le tue caratteristiche
If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- Experience (8 years) in in document control, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry in the EPC contractor environment, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of document control principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in implementing and managing document management systems and tools, such as Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or a related field. Fluent in English
