You will be working in a multinational environment, in particular, you will:
- Collaborate with the procurement team to understand the project requirements, schedules, and critical milestones for material and equipment delivery, and be a facilitator to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries, invoicing, or quality concerns
- Act proactively to assure identification and proper advance planning for all shipments and communicate potential risks or bottlenecks in the expediting and shipping process, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Coordinate an onshore/offshore team of expediting coordinators to ensure the smooth and correct execution of services in compliance with Clients’ requirement and contractual obligations
- Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements, specifications, and procurement timelines.
- Provide input on supplier performance and delivery metrics, contributing to supplier evaluation and selection processes

Le tue caratteristiche
If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- Experience (10 years) in expediting and supply chain management, in the EPC contracting industry, or a similar role
- Knowledge of Expediting principles and processes along with good understanding of procurement services, and in the engineering and construction sectors
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English
