Your role and challenges
Join our team and help our clients to streamline their business strategy, processes, technology and harness the power of data, to remain competitive within today’s changing HealthCare Ecosystem. Enhance your knowledge of LifeSciences Industry combining your strategic and business capabilities to industry marketing and commercial expertise. Take part in high-complexity project and revolutionize how business is conducted handling the following activities:
head up large global teams to deliver CRM / omnichannel strategy, readiness, technology roll outs and Operations to LifeSciences clients
define the omnichannel approach to strengthen and improve the relationship and communication towards the HCPs and/or Patients
design innovative services for HCPs and Patients leveraging on customers' experience principles and define new innovative business initiatives from market analysis, strategy ideation and development to solution architecture, business case and investment approval
lead project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, redesigning process, deploying technologies and taking remedial steps, acting as advisor on CRM best practices
manage client relationships, building trust and acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to commercial strategy
identify, develop and deliver new business opportunities
collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy recommendations and drive results
be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team's junior members

Le tue caratteristiche
If you share our passion for consulting in Lifesciences Industry and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
7-10 years’ experience in Consulting and LifeSciences Industry
knowledge of main commercial area processes of LifeSciences from product launch to engagement of HCPs and Patients
experience in Business transformation program related to development of Patients Services project to HCPs omnichannel strategy definition and delivery, as well in design and delivery engagement and nurturing campaign for the HCPs and Patients
experience in developing business proposition and related ROI evaluation
ability to interact and manage clients understanding the business context and specific business needs
project management, delivery and team coordination skills and experiences
English fluency
master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Scientific
