Scope: Execute and support fully integrated client relationship marketing and communication strategies for Accenture’s clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with client relationship marketing leadership to execute and support client relationship marketing and communication plans for our custom programs
- Execute marketing and communication plans for our scaled programs by prioritized industry, sub-industry, and function of clients within a market
- Curate content and experiences that our clients truly need and serve them up to our client relationship marketing leads Support client relationship marketing activities, including experiences, power mapping, 360° value reports, messaging sessions, people engagement strategies for larger account teams, and more
- Research what we need to know about our key buyers, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Use SynOps for M+C and our other technologies
- Measure our marketing against agreed-upon KPIs and use feedback loops for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent Hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organization. Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable
- Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
- Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
- Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
Technical skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable, e.g. reporting, campaign set up
- Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Design skills are nice to have, but not essential
