Your Challenges: Directly contribute to an important eMobility X Topic (EV Batteries) that we need and want to develop further, right at the center of Mobility X strategy. Support in short term proposal and project development, and in medium term.
Your mission is contributing in the concept definition and implementation strategy of the Mobility stream for EV Battery, based on customers needs.
Interface with customers and partners operating in the battery ecosystem (Gigafactories, Automotive OEM, Tier1, etc.) to capture requirements, and report on project status.
Lead the team on a technical level and support the employee development in terms of capabilities.
Leverage industry specific knowledge to develop relevant solutions and recommendations.
Decide which methods and procedures to use when executing projects.
Craft product and service strategies to help clients’ organizations have greater market relevant, reach, and impact.
Supporting the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
Supports international colleagues acting as trusted Subject Matter Expert.
Contribute to defining product & service roadmap and investment areas.
Pave the road of digitalization in the EV Battery Ecosystem.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the EV Battery subject.
University degree in chemistry, physics, material, electrical engineering, production engineering or a comparable professional background. Ph.D. degree will be appreciated.
Relevant professional experience with technical consultancies, automotive OEMs or component manufacturers.
Understanding of battery technologies, chemistries, attributes, readiness levels and use-cases.
Solid knowledge about battery lifecycle processes, from the production to the final disposal.
Deep understanding of the challenges of battery storage, especially lithium-ion batteries.
Keen on new technologies that can be applied to the Battery Lifecycle Management to improve the current processes or to create new ones.
Fluent in English. German will be appreciated.
Storytelling & Knowledge Transfer to ramp-up the team.
