Your challenges

We’re looking for experts for our Industry X Shared Solutions offering practice with an IT background and a vertical focus on Software Development.

Location: Milan, Turin, Rome.

Inside our Industry X business, you will become responsible for:

·       Developing applications on C# programming language, applied to innovative architectural patterns for supporting our Clients’ Digital business

·       Guiding a technical team to adopt the best methodologies for Software Delivery, leveraging on fresh programming practices within lean ecosystems

·       Managing the lifecycle of delivery projects, in coordination with the other internal and external involved entities, such as:

·       Architectural assessments

·       Platform software and tools selection

·       Technical design of the implementation

·       Testing and DevOps practices setup

·       Supporting the functional departments involved in the project delivery to ensure requirements quality, via a constant grooming process

·       Shaping and optimizing the delivery team efficiency, with an active collaboration in retrospective and planning ceremonies to ensure a comfortable and efficient environment

·       Contributing to offering practice content development, to shape up the future of Industry X software deliveries.
