Web Analytics - Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Our Accenture Interactive team is now looking for a flexible and proactive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

As the Web and Online interactions have become very important for businesses, we see a need to continue developing in this area. This is where you come in, helping us to create a clear view of what the complete interaction and traffic at websites means. We offer you the possibility to set the framework and to influence the future of this role while finding new exciting paths to go and solutions to use. All in a global environment with a network of exceptional colleagues!
We work in team on big, international, and cross channel projects. As member of the CRO department, you’ll participate in different initiatives: from prospects, to assessment, to end to end projects.

You will be able to gather all business needs from client, making assessment and analysis. And finally proceeding with strategy proposals and testing actions.

Join Accenture to develop innovative solutions and you will participate in international projects with focus on the following activities:

  • Measure and monitor the adoption of new features and customer experience changes. Structure and present analysis to management and stakeholders via clear and actionable reporting and tracking

  • Manage a CRO roadmap to plan, orchestrate, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve on-site conversion rates

  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to increase and optimize user experiences, revenue generation, cost/effort reduction and other business outcomes

  • Use of tools such as heatmaps and video/session replay to measure, monitor, and analyze website KPIs

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and IT teams to support these teams with UX recommendations

Why we would choose you? The challenges you face reflect your ambitions; this is your chance. To stand out and face them in the best way you have:

  • A minimum of 3/5 years’ experience in marketing and site optimization

  • You have a Degree, preferred in Statistics, Mathematics, and Management Science, Economics

  • You have an extensive experience from working with conversion optimization and all aspects of web analytics and A/B testing. Working in a truly global environment for excellent English skills.

  • You have hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI as well as knowledge of research methods

  • You have a proven background in B2B/B2C eCommerce and website optimization

  • You know one of this tool: Omniture / Adobe Marketing Cloud, CrazyEgg, HotJar, Unbounce

  • You are able to draw insights, build solid hypotheses and interpret results

  • You are well versed in planning and managing roadmaps of testing initiatives, managing timelines, writing functional requirements, and driving initiatives through execution.
