You lead a team of functional & technical analytics experts, and contribute to delivering excellence across client engagements:
Help our clients to engage with customers and/or build new strategies through gaining deeper insights into their customer behavior with the use of data & analytics solutions
Collaborate with CRM to create amazing customer experiences powered by analytics
Develop strategic customer insights, reporting and analysis to help the Merchandising, CRM, Retail, and Executive teams
Daily activities include:
Gather business goals through engaging with clients
Structurally translate client needs to technical teams and facilitate the creation of AI / Analytics models and solutions developed in our mixed teams
Effectively communicate, presenting directly to client stakeholders, the benefits of analytics and data to our clients
Collaborate with the business to the definition of consumer priorities KPIs across channels and assure their monitoring
Lead the development of holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources, identifying KPIs to help manage the business as well as for executive reporting
Ensure consumer analysis/reports on demand on the basis of company areas requests
Develop modeling capabilities and analyses around customer segmentation, lifetime value, and lifecycle campaign management, response and optimization
Craft presentations and monthly go to market dashboards that provide insight into the drivers of business performance and consumer behavior

A minimum of 7 years of experience in web & customer data analytics
Deep Experience of customer analytics models, interpreting data and providing actionable insight, with a strong knowledge of direct marketing metrics, segmentation, LTV and data analytics
Confident in presenting complex, technical data in an easily digestible way to senior stakeholders, being able to communicate the value of customer analytics methods such as Clustering, Next Best Action, etc.
Strong marketing and CRM understanding
Awareness of current (and emerging) privacy laws governing use of data
Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools (SAS, SPSS, etc.), machine learning programming languages (R, Python, etc.) and data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, dplyr, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Proven experience in managing a team
Master’s Degree ranging from Statistics, Mathematics, and Management Science, Economics
Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe analytics
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand business context, generate ideas, and come up with creative solutions
