Management Consulting Manager – Consumer Goods – Trade Promotion & Revenue Management transformations
Accenture has a very strong team focused in Front Office Transformations in Consumer Goods. Due to the increasing demand, we want further to grow our footprint and team in Trade Promotion Management and Optimization.
Join an exciting working environment, with an extended network of local/international professionals focused on Consumer Goods. Design the future of Consumer Goods, delivering transformational initiatives and bringing innovation to the key industry multinational leading Brands.
You will lead cross functional teams and project work focused on Trade Promotion and Revenue management. You will drive an Italian team, with projects mainly in Italy and Europe.
- Enable our clients to transform and optimize business processes
- Manage cross functional teams on local/international projects
- Support your team in developing key skills and competences
- Identify cutting edge opportunities to transform capabilities and way of working
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in your focus area
- Work with an extended network of professionals focused on consumer Goods an Front Office transformations
- Collaborate with our innovation center in order to bring ideas to life
- Develop our client portfolio and identify new commercial opportunities
You'll help customers identify goals and achieve them by guiding them through a technological transformation and innovation.

Strong skills in TPM/TPO:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering business transformation projects in Consumer Goods in the Sales domain
- Strong experience in Trade Promotion Management and Optimization
- Strongly appreciated experience in Revenue management
- Possibly extended view in other B2B front office capabilities
- Knowledge of what companies are doing in these domain and strong point of view on leading-edge capabilities / best practices
- Knowledge of the main market platforms and tolls in Trade Promotion
- Fluent English
Ability to manage complex projects:
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record in business local / international transformations
- Ability to manage large teams, working from multiple locations
- Ability to work in complex environments
Modern way of working:
- Familiarity with new work methodologies and collaborations (Agile, Design Thinking, Rapid Prototyping)
- Ability to work with large multifunctional teams and network of experts
- Curiosity and face each day as an opportunity to learn something new
