Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination between cross-functional groups to enhance overall system support.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Inventory Optimization.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to various stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Inventory Optimization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
