Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire BillingCenter.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to develop and present business cases effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in GuideWire BillingCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
