SERVICE DESIGN LEAD - FJORD

A service design lead at Fjord is a creative lead, responsible for the quality of all deliverables across a variety of projects. In this role we expect you will communicate and envision service concepts and ideas using methods & tools that illustrate all the components and touchpoints of the service.
As a team lead, you will encourage innovative approaches to design techniques, enabling the design team to embrace different angles to a design problem, defining project roles, responsibilities and expectations to each team member, managing and maintain team motivation and morale, identifying and resolve issues. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the relationships and liaise with key client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and working with the Program Manager to issue regular status reports and troubleshoot problem areas.
