Key Responsibilities:

The Global Lead assures the service delivery and process within the Tier 1&2 Campaign execution service (Email, Display Ads and landing pages).

  • managing overall delivery of service to deliver: Campaign planning, execution and reporting of Email campaigns and digital display landing pages;
  • tracking the impact of Campaign reach and effectiveness (ultimately digital sales, but also contributing metrics and KPIs);
  • driving recommendations through to actual delivered improvements, including changes to be made by the client’s internal teams and 3rd party vendors;
  • managing the Campaign Service deliver to optimize the business benefit metrics, including global process changes, local market process changes, change of focus between markets, change of focus between sub-services);
  • being overall Responsible for  timely delivery of different  campaigns across Major/Minor markets and ongoing optimizations as per agreed digital plans.                                                                                                                            
 
The ideal candidate also:

  • demonstrates confidence and ease when presenting to mid-level client groups or when leading large Client and Agency team discussions;
  • responds effectively to client questions and consistently sets clear expectations for timing to complete requests;
  • establishes rapport and maintain long-term relationships with client champion and executives;
  • ensures tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy;
  • prioritizes & sets expectations on key deliverables;
  • utilizes sound project management processes and tools to instill project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members;
  • has good ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams offshore;

is a strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

 

 
Required Qualifications:
 
  • at least 5 years in the field of Marketing Campaigns (Email and Digital Display Ad).
  • deep understanding and experience with creating, delivering and improving services to provide Marketing Campain execution for Email campaigns, digital Display Ads and customer CRM collection landing pages;
  • experience in a client-facing service lead or account lead role;
  • some experience with Delivery team management an advantage;
  • process improvement skills or experience and advantage;
  • experience being responsible for driving business benefits metrics (digital sale and contributing metrics) a strong advantage;
  • excellent client management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing stakeholders onshore and offshore;
  • excellent spoken and written language skills in English (mandatory) and Italian (an advantage);
  • use of: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • understanding of: Google Analytics/Adwords , Marketing automation tools - Eloqua, Marketo etc.                                                                                                              
  • understanding of: Multivariate testing tools and techniques e.g. Adobe Test&Target, Optimizely etc.
  • understanding of: CRM tools - exact target, responsys etc.
  • general understanding of: web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Urchin, Web trends, Ominiture);
  • BA/BS or Masters degrees (ideally Marketing, or Business related);
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is desired;
  • Process Improvement certification would be an advantage.
