  1. The contest will be held via the Accenture India Jobs Twitter handle and Accenture in India Facebook page from 17th September, 2015 – 27th September, 2015

  2. Every alternate day, one image post would be put up on the Accenture India Jobs Twitter handle and Accenture in India Facebook page

  3. Participants need to reply or comment on the image post with their innovative idea in less than 50 words. The best ideas stand a chance to win online shopping vouchers

  4. An individual needs to necessarily be a follower of the Accenture India Jobs Twitter handle or need to like the Accenture in India Facebook page in order to win the contest

  5. In order to participate, one needs to:

  6. Winners will be announced on 9th October, 2015 by 6pm (IST) on Accenture India Jobs Twitter handle and the Accenture in India Facebook page

  7. Accenture in India reserves all rights to choose the winners of the contest. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard

  8. Five winners will be selected and each winner will win online shopping gift vouchers worth INR 500

  9. Please note:

    • The winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Accenture, India

    • The decision of the judges shall be final and binding

    • Entries that are sent within the time specified only will be considered. Accenture shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for non-receipt of entries

    • By submitting an entry a follower is warranting acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this contest

    • Accenture reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this contest and without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event

    • Decisions pertaining to the contest including but not limited to random selection of winners are at the sole discretion of Accenture and shall be final and binding on all contestants

    • The winner will be announced on Accenture India Jobs Twitter handle and the Accenture in India Facebook page on 9th October, 2015 by 6pm (IST)

    • Accenture will reach out to the winners within 15 days of the closing date of the contest. Winners may be asked to share their personal details, e-mail address or such contact details which Accenture will use to correspond with them to deliver the prizes

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Accenture reserves the right to replace the Prize(s) with item(s) of similar value in case of unavailability

    • Accenture employees are not eligible to participate in this contest

    • The contest is open in India only

    • Any inappropriate reply or comment will be removed by Accenture

Your information will be used in accordance with any applicable data privacy law and Accenture’s Data Privacy Policy, and will be held securely. Accenture will not share your personal information with any third party, except as needed to be disclosed to any statutory authorities or bodies and to manage the events or features for which you register.

  11. Accenture will use your information to communicate with you and provide you the feature for which you registered. In order to improve our services and provide better content, Accenture may keep track of patterns of use in the e-mails and e-mail newsletters we send. We note which links are clicked in our e-mail communications as specific user profile information to tell us what areas are of most interest to our recipients. In most cases, this information is analyzed in aggregate form, but sometimes personally identifiable information will be shared within Accenture with specific program owners for the limited purposes described above. Accenture will not use the information for any other purpose.

  12. You hereby agree and acknowledge transferring to Accenture full and complete ownership and any other rights toward the contest. You also agree that the personal information collected during the contest entry can be used by Accenture for the purpose of the contest and will be binding with respect to the terms and conditions mentioned above. You further agree that Accenture shall have all the rights including but not limited to use, publish, feature, modify and transfer internally or externally any of the submitted responses or details of the contest in any of Accenture publications, websites and/or in any promotional material without your permission.
