I started out as a Marketing Capability Lead for Accenture Operations and worked closely with our Operations and Analytics colleagues in marketing services to define, build and enhance our industrialized service delivery. I also served as a functional architect in defining solutions for marketing clients and embedding analytics as a differentiator.
I am now the Global Analytics Process Lead for an automotive client, delivering digital and customer analytics that drives marketing services through a performance-based model.
Being part of a performance-based deal, delivery is a joint responsibility with our client meant to impact business outcomes. In my role, every day is a new challenge as we make decisions that drive our services, and in turn, our clients business.
Outside the Office
I love to spend my spare time with family, catching up on some good books or an interesting movie.
