Traveling across India and the globe provides an opportunity to meet new people and experience new cultures which is extremely rewarding in itself.
Recently, I worked on a project to help a leading lubricant company improve their go-to-market strategy. My team and I focused on transitioning their distribution channel, which was already a benchmark in the industry, to the next level that will help them sustain their leadership position for the next decade. We worked closely with our stakeholders and leveraged latest digital technologies to make the shift happen—while keeping an eye on the tight deadlines.
