How I put change in motion
I am working with one of Accenture’s diamond clients to help them design a gifting experience for their user base. We went above and beyond to get user interviews of different demographics and look at gifting more wholistically that informed some very interesting design decisions. We learnt of different gift giving cultures and traditions and brainstormed on ways that could be integrated in a digital journey for our client.
A day in my life
I usually start my day with completing pending tasks and going through my emails. I have a standup call where I get to know what others are working on and what are my incoming tasks in the pipeline. You will usually find me immersed with music, with an iced coffee, glued to the screen designing user flows and interfaces. On other days you would even find me conducting user interviews or stakeholder workshops. On a side note- I am constantly discovering new apps to get cross industry references and explore what’s new.

My advice
There are lots of resources to keep upskilling and learning. The industry is so dynamic, and technologies are constantly evolving. It’s very easy to do a quick dive through free resources, affordable courses, and books to learn about the basics of user experience design.
