As a part of the India Market Unit of our Strategy & Consulting business, I work with clients across industries to solve their most pressing challenges. The very first step is to collaborate with all stakeholders, identify the pain points, and overcome them with a data-driven approach.
From a bird’s eye perspective, I give the clients a competitive edge by helping them become more nimble, efficient, and future-ready. What I love the most about my job? Many things, but, importantly, how it puts me in the forefront of innovation. In my most recent project, I worked with a leading automotive supplier to deliver a large-scale business transformation program. Not only was this project exciting, but it also set the stage for my consulting career. In consulting, it’s critical to co-create solutions with the client to be able to deliver shared success. During the stint, I collaborated with more than 30 people across levels.

Each day is a combination of some or all of the following – internal team meetings, ideating with client stakeholders to finalize solutions and review progress, conducting data analyses to derive meaningful insights, building data-backed narratives and ensuring successful implementation of ideas. Each day, the opportunity to work with the leadership and interact freely with them adds to my steep learning curve.
In my spare time, I catch up on news about business, finance and start-up trends, delivered to my inbox via e-newsletters. Apart from this, badminton and books keep me joyfully engaged.
