As a sector lead, I oversee prominent sectors in North America. My day-to-day responsibilities revolve around people, process and stakeholder management.
My role gives me the opportunity to be part of many interesting projects/ transformations in the Digital Marketing domain. The assignments involved upskilling of the entire team across geographies to handle complex and unstructured problems. The project required large-scale coordinated change and communication management across teams to reinvent business processes and drive greater value for clients.
On a typical day, you will find me interacting with people, creating value for clients, enabling transitions within teams and managing the overall show. The people at Accenture make every day vibrant and lively, bringing in positivity that makes talent flourish at the workplace.
After I call it a day, I like to watch MMAs, OTTs and read new articles around economics,politics and marketing . A dose of rock, old school and punk music helps me rejuvenate.
