Managing Director - Capability Network, Accenture Strategy
"Take chances, push the envelope to unlock your potential and go after your dreams"
As the global Talent Development and Learning Capability lead, I work closely with clients across industries to boost their talent maturity and organizational effectiveness. An interesting part of my role is cross-leveraging the skills of our talented people and finding the right resources to fit our client requirements. I am also responsible for generating new business demands as the Asia-Pacific lead of our practice.
Over the past 10 years at Accenture, I have got many opportunities to lead programs that propelled my career into overdrive. Recently, we collaborated with a multinational chemicals company to refine their recruitment and transition strategy, and source and hire the best talent. Leveraging our vast experience in this space, we seamlessly helped them hire and onboard effectively to reach target productivity levels in a record time of six months—a commendable feat for us as a team.
Apart from my client commitments, I play an active role in driving our Inclusion & Diversity agenda as part of Vaahini—a networking forum for women professionals in India.
Each day is unique and exciting. From managing client engagements at a client site or virtually to spending time with our global leadership to build new capabilities—I’m always on my toes. What I love about my job? I work with incredible people who bring their unique perspectives, innovative ideas and skills to the table. And, that makes the entire experience truly enriching.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new culinary experiences. My husband and I have a good time visiting organic food exhibitions and trying out the new eateries in town. Watching a live stand-up show and occasional shopping sprees are some of my guilty pleasures.

Take chances, push the envelope to unlock your potential and go after your dreams. Eventually, you’ll realize that it wasn’t that risky after all.
