This means, building capability resources that can enable our people create the best solutions for our clients. My role involves networking, understanding client challenges and providing required knowledge support to client account teams.
Over the years, I have worked on several innovative projects. For example, my team and I worked on integrating natural language processing into our current system to better understand end user’s queries and behavior. This helped in making our approach more human-centric.
