Job Summary:
The Zonal Engineering Leads are based out of all key demographic zones of Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd presence across the Indian sub-continent. Prime responsibility is to manage workplace engineering operations for the zones allotted to them.
Some of our Zonal Engineering leads are also responsible for Workplace Operations as well along with regular Engineering management role. They are also designated Workplace Leads along with Engineering Leads & are responsible for day-to-day workplace operations role which includes all aspects in our Workplace Playbook for governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure uptime of all mechanical & electrical infra by 99% Effective management of Workplace infra business continuity management Ensure upkeep of civil infra across all locations Ensure FAPA, wet risers & sprinkler systems infra are always operational as per local regulations All concerned zonal facilities are compliant to below mentioned audit standards always:
- ISO 20000 for quality & process management system
- ISO 27001 for Information Security
- ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management
- ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety
- Fire safety audits as conducted across all facilities
- Any other audits as & when required by our business / clients. SOX (Sarbanes Oxley standard audits for financial clients) & TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) are few client audits which the ZEL must clear from infra compatibility prospective.
Manage repairs & maintenance budget to ensure all routine repairs are concluded through effective building improvement plan (BIP) rounds Manage AMC of all Workplace equipment’s throughout the year along with its financials Send routine projections of utility, CAM & annual projections on probable incremental costs of energy. ZEL are owners of R&M along with AMC budget for their respective zones. Manage sustainability initiatives & ensure low EPI buildings Hardware upkeep of all security systems infra Ensure 3C implementation across the zone Manage all shutdowns across the zones in an effective manner Ensure smooth vendor partner & building management team PR management All purchase requisitions / purchase orders are released on time Biannual capex projections & work executions are closed on time Effective team management for optimal output & management. Ensure our Facility Management partners are working as per agreed frameworks & are adhering to our OLA. Attend monthly KPI & quarterly business reviews with our vendor partners. Scoring management in Supplier Relationship Management tool. Assist Workplace Projects team in fit out execution, transition & snag closures. Conduct site assessments for finalization of office space for our ATCI/ AIOC / Consulting business operations Assist global Workplace teams of certain locations for effective management of Workplace Engineering Operations. Assist Workplace Leadership in management of all central engineering & sustainability initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must to Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of building engineering operations which should include but not limited to DG sets, Chillers, Fire-fighting system, Pump room, Physical and electronic security (ACS and CCTV), UPS, STP, WTP, Lifts operations, AHU, TFA’s, Indoor and outdoor air quality parameters.
Candidate should possess Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Should be good on soft skills and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information: Zonal Engineering Lead also has the added responsibility of assisting Workplace Projects team in designing the services aspects (HVAC, electrical & wet riser systems). They sign off on the designs received from various vendor partners from time to time for various projects.
