Job Summary:
Lead and manage service delivery operations to ensure excellent customer experience, team performance, and process efficiency. Operate in a centralized, high-performing environment supporting virtual customers.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven leadership with 10–15 years of experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- People management and inclusive team leadership
- Customer service and change/process management
- Proficiency in Excel and intuitive PowerPoint creation
- Strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving and solution development
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management
- Experience with workplace tools and processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Govern daily operations and performance of the team
- Monitor SLAs, report metrics, and drive service improvements
- Build global client relationships and resolve issues tactfully
- Develop team capabilities and foster engagement
- Manage recruitment, coaching, and career development
- Collaborate on process improvements and policy escalations
- Use data storytelling and tools (e.g., Power BI) for insights
- Conduct quality assurance and ensure operational excellence
- Generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making
- Lead service performance reviews with stakeholders
Additional Information:
- Must be flexible to support US and Europe working hours.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires working from office
