The work:
- Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area.
- Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.
- Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.
- Identify the need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.
- Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees.
- Coach line managers and career counselors enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities.
- Provide advisory support to MDs.
- Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, Performance Achievement, PIP and associated compensation processes.
- Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.
Job Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- Graduated of Human Resources / Business Management related discipline or graduated from Law School but interested in Labor relations.
- English – Advanced
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience
- Experience in the resolution of conflicts
