Job Summary
As a Microsoft Dynamics Dealer Management Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for dealer and channel management. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to streamline dealer operations, improve sales and inventory visibility, and enhance overall dealer network efficiency. This role emphasizes delivering measurable business impact through digital transformation and process optimization in dealer operations.

- Integration & Analytics – leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to provide actionable insights and scenario analysis.
- Process Automation & Digitalization – reducing manual efforts, improving compliance, and standardizing dealer operations.
- Customer & Dealer Experience – enabling timely order fulfillment, clear communication, and enhanced support for dealer networks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics Dealer Management implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turns, and dealer satisfaction.
- Partner with sales, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to translate business objectives into executable Dynamics 365 processes and solutions.
- Drive business impact through improved dealer operations, streamlined order processing, and enhanced network efficiency.
- Define and optimize dealer workflows, including order management, inventory allocation, returns, and reporting processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on integration with Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Power Platform to enable end-to-end visibility and real-time decision-making.
- Establish change management and governance frameworks to ensure adoption and realization of Dynamics-enabled benefits.
- Mentor and lead consulting and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous capability building within dealer management operations.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must-Have: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dealer Management or equivalent dealer/channel management solutions.
- Strong ability to design and implement value-driven dealer management processes with measurable KPIs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) for reporting, automation, and analytics.
- Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM modules.
- Proven success in stakeholder management, leadership, and delivering large-scale dealer management transformations.
