Must Have : Strategic Procurement Expertise (non-tactical, non-P2P), Project Management, Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, Analytical & Commercial Acumen, Global Stakeholder Exposure, Strategic Project Leadership
Good to have : Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Management, Sustainable Procurement (ESG), Procurement tools & systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, BI), Team Management
Experience: 11-15 years
Key accountabilities:
- Assist in updating Category Governance frameworks, templates, and guidance materials for the Category community.
- Support the adoption of Category Governance standards and best practices across global procurement teams.
- Collaborate with Category, SRM and allied functions as required on Category Governance initiatives and programs.
- Support the tracking and reporting of category and supplier management KPIs and compliance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Participate in periodic reviews of category and supplier management activities to stay apprised of relevant category activities, including successes, escalations, challenges, etc.
- Help organize stakeholder feedback sessions and consolidate inputs for action planning.
- Contribute to governance improvement initiatives by collecting insights, documenting opportunities, and proposing enhancements to tools or processes.
- Support Office of the CEO briefing process via the compilation of 360 supplier summaries using the relevant tools and data sources.
Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools
- Strong understanding of Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Commitment to quality delivery
- Consistent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
