Role Description:
- Process Optimization
- Create/develop and or maintain reporting solutions and analytics for payroll and payroll related processes such as risk and compliance, specific initiatives etc.
- Streamline processes and enhance efficiency based on data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate/partner with CIO/Operations teams/Others to implement specific tools/processes within the payroll organization (Gen AI Tools, Mission Control, others)
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques to analyze payroll data, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with local teams to address specific needs and provide potential solutions within the areas of automation/analytics.
- Act as SME on payroll metrics whenever required.
- Review data for accuracy and requestor authorization; act on discrepancies instead of processing incomplete or unauthorized requests.
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Designing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
