Job Summary:
Optimize project success by balancing resources with business and individual growth goals.
Work closely with business stakeholders to manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise.
Fill roles assigned to their Resource Pool identifying and proposing the right people from the resource pool or from other sources, when necessary, with an understanding of their career development goals and preferences while also monitoring availability and productivity. They fill most roles with minimum guidance finding innovative solutions to challenging staffing situations. May also design, build and communicate HR programs, processes, practices, roles and technology requirements. Talent Segment: Human Resources
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Align employee expertise with project requirements
· Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
· Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
· Closely collaborate with varied internal teams e.g. Biz Ops, recruitment, LKM etc
Professional & Technical Skills:
· Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
· Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Consultative and collaborative
· Resilient, adaptable, and flexible
· Intellectually curious about technology
Experience: Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification: Graduation
