Proficiency and hands on experience on Google DialogflowCX, Playbook, Genesys Cloud CX,Conversational AI , Chat Bot Development, NLP, Text Analytics, Python, SQL.
Proven experience in Data science, machine learning, Gen AI is a good to have skill.
Good Client handling skills; able to demonstrate thought leadership & problem-solving skills.

Experience: 4.5 yrs – 7 yrs
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE
