Job Summary:
As a CRO specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of data-backed experiments, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization tactics across websites, landing pages, and funnels. You will work cross-functionally with performance marketing, UX/UI design, product, and development teams to drive better business outcomes through improved digital experience You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conversion Strategy & Execution

•            Develop and own a holistic CRO strategy aligned with digital growth KPIs.

•            Identify conversion roadblocks across the funnel using qualitative and quantitative insights.

•            Design and execute A/B, multivariate, and split tests across web, mobile, and landing pages.

•            Prioritize hypotheses using frameworks like ICE or PIE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) to focus on high-impact tests.

User Behavior Analysis

•            Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics) and behavior analytics (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity) to understand user flows and friction points.

•            Analyze data from session replays, heatmaps, click maps, and scroll maps to identify UX issues.

•            Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and form analytics to improve journey efficiency.

Test Design & Experimentation

•            Plan and implement A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar.

•            Partner with design and development teams to build and launch experiments across platforms.

•            Monitor test performance, statistical significance, and draw actionable insights.

Data & Reporting

•            Build dashboards and reports to track conversion metrics (bounce rate, time on site, form completion, lead quality, cart abandonment, etc.).

•            Translate data insights into UX recommendations and optimization ideas.

•            Present results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

•            Work closely with SEO, paid media, design, content, product, and engineering teams to align goals and integrate CRO activities.

•            Stakeholders management and referencing on testing best practices, success metrics, and behavioral science.

Professional & Technical Skills:
•            Deep understanding of analytics, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.

•            Hands-on experience with CRO tools: Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar.

•            Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).

•            Strong analytical thinking with an ability to turn insights into action.

•            Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development processes (you won’t need to code but should speak the language).

•            Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer psychology, and behavior-driven design.

•            Experience with personalization platforms (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target).

•            Exposure to Shopify, Magento, WordPress, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms.

•            Certification in CRO, UX, or Google Analytics.

•            Experience running optimization experiments for eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C brands.
