Job Summary:

- You will define and refine product backlogs, coordinate technical roadmaps, facilitate data access, and resolve integration hurdles.
- The role demands a unique combination of product ownership, program management, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise, ensuring that data infrastructure and products are built for scalability, reusability, and business impact.
- Roles & Responsibilities Product Backlog & Technical Roadmap Ownership Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for data initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Work closely with CIO/Asset Engineering teams to align technical roadmaps with business priorities.
- Ensure backlog items emphasize reusability, scalability, and long-term value across multiple ADGO towers.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as the central contact for ADGO, coordinating with CIO/Asset Engineering teams on infrastructure and data initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in requirements and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive user adoption and understanding of delivered solutions.
- Infrastructure & Data Access Management Work with IT teams to provision and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure needed for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
- Secure timely access to internal data sources, resolving policy and compliance concerns proactively.
- Address integration and data accessibility challenges to maintain seamless operations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution Lead cross-functional teams—including developers, data architects, and business stakeholders—to deliver high-impact data products.
- Collaborate with data governance, usage rights, and monetization teams to integrate compliance and business requirements into product roadmaps.
- Manage project escalations, dependencies, and alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.
