Job Responsibilities:
• Delivered Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solution to Metal/ mining industry clients in
consulting assignments.
• Candidate should have delivered Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solution to metal/ mining
clients in consulting assignments
• Should have detailed Cap projects exp in engineering design under following areas:
▪ Front end engineering design/ FEED
▪ Detailed engineering design
▪ Hands on experience in activities of EPC
• Coordinate with different technology teams as and when required
• Candidate must have knowledge around other supporting functions like Maintenance & Reliability, HSE,
Laboratory etc.
• Experience in Design and implementation of at least one Manufacturing Operations Management will be an
advantage
• Knowledge in ERP (like SAP) or Nominations management would be an advantage
• Hands on Experience or basic knowledge in some of advanced digital technologies like AI/ML Analytics,
Digital twins, RPA etc. would be added advantage
Qualifications
Educational qualifications:
• BE / B. Tech / ME / MTech– Chemical/ Refining/ Petrochem
• MBA / PGDBA ((preferably – Ops Research/ Ops Mgmt. / SCM related Majors)
Skill Requirement:
• Deliver global projects on business and IT transformation for energy clients like refining or petrochemical
clients.
• Lead client project delivery related to energy clients like Downstream Refining and Petrochemicals related to
core operations and Process.
• Work on internal assignments within Accenture like Asset development, technical paper presentation,
Knowledge content, sales collaterals, “Go to Market” materials etc.
• Support the sales and solution design team at various stages the Project Sales / Delivery life cycle.
• Play a supporting role in mentoring junior and cross functional resources.
• Coordinate with different technology teams as and when required.
