The work:
The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will develop and enhance analytical models and reporting tools that provide insights on underlying trends and key drivers of the business.
You will:
- Assess potential systems issues and bugs in MS Dynamics, Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan.
- Collaborate with the Analytics COE, CIO DevOps, Avanade sales support and other end users to prioritize enhancement requests and resolve open issues.
- Ensure high quality across dashboard tools.
- Work with Sales Excellence COE members, CIO DevOps and Avanade sales support to standardize dashboard tools.
- Assist with data visualization and introduce infographics in reporting dashboards to facilitate storytelling.
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, analytics or similar field
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- At least 10 or more years of experience doing data analytics work, which may include:
- - Advanced proficiency in MS Dynamics or Power BI
- - Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance and related functions
- Deep understanding of sales and finance concepts
- Intermediate proficiency in defining and using performance metrics.
- Curiosity, creativity, a collaborative attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical information to senior, non-technical users.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment.
Extra credit if you have:
- Master’s degree in analytics or similar field.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage downstream stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- People management experience.
You may also need:
- Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
- Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
