- Conduct Benchmarking studies: Analyze competitor and non-competitors for best practices and policies.
- Design new policy and processes based on benchmark studies.
- Update, implement, communicate and administer established HR policies.
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with the policies.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal, written) skills and the ability to analyze and make effective recommendations to business and leaders.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Organized, responsive and thorough problem solver.
