The Practice – A Brief Sketch
We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.
As part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, you will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

Enhancing your Skillset: Building expertise and innovating with leading-edge technologies such as Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
Transforming Businesses: Developing customized, next-generation products and services that help clients shift to new business models designed for today's connected landscape of disruptive technologies
Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:
Required to apply Cloud Platform knowledge, deep understanding of FinOps and FinOps tools to guide the design and delivery of Cloud Financial Management Models including cost management and budgeting/ forecasting processes, capability structure and governance models.
Demonstrate good analytical skills to understand client’s ‘as-is’ state and propose cloud strategy
Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Develop and implement strategies for clients to manage and optimize costs
Able to identify cost overheads, value realization drivers and guide implementation of showback/ chargeback and value realization drivers
Analyzing cloud usage data to develop and implement cost saving strategies such as pricing/usage optimizations.
Working with businesses to develop cloud budgeting and forecasting plans.
Educating businesses about cloud computing costs and best practices.
Drive in-depth knowledge and understanding of key value drivers of a business and how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement.
Maximize your capacity to bring value-added thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market
Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains
Use your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively manage diverse projects, delivering against tight deadlines in a fast paced and demanding environment
Develop communication and client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
Leverage team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
Build on leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs.
Keep up-to-date on the latest FinOps trends and accordingly develop our offerings and assets

Qualifications
Your experience counts!
MBA from a tier 1 institute (Preferred)
Your prior experience in one or more of the following is important –
Cloud Assessment: Cloud readiness maturity assessment, planning and assessment of cloud solutions/platforms, application assessment and migration planning, cloud operating model design, TCO and platform vendor evaluation
Cloud Architecture: Experience with private, public and hybrid cloud architectures, pros/cons, Microservices architecture and Hybrid cloud integration architecture
Cloud-native application development, DevOps and data integration across and within cloud platform
Cloud Migration: Delivering cloud migration roadmaps and managing execution from a project management perspective.
Cloud Deployment across various hyper-scaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and models (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS), containers and virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)
Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment
Oversee the production and implementation of solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure / application architecture, development and operating models
Deep experience within one or more of the following Industries: Banking, Capital Markets, Telecom, Media, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Retail or Consumer Goods
Experience in working with large US and UK&I clients (Preferred)
Experience with Cloud CSP billing and cost management portals
Certifications – FinOps Certified Practitioner, Cloud Architect Certified (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
