Application Support Engineer

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include analyzing system performance, troubleshooting software problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring system alerts and responding to incidents, ensuring that all components function optimally to support business objectives. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you work to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements to improve performance. - Document and maintain records of system issues and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. - Experience with access control policies and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with identity governance and administration tools. - Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to IAM. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
