Must have Skills : Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Lead the design development testing and deployment of BI Publisher BIP XML Publisher reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR Payroll Talent Absence etc Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIP reports data models and integrations Work on OTBI HCM Extracts Fast Formulas and FBL HDL as needed to support broader HCM Cloud requirements Conduct code reviews provide technical mentorship to junior team members and enforce coding standards and documentation pract Technical Experience : Good to Have Skills Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud OIC or Oracle VBCS. Understanding of HCM Security and role based access to reports. Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas. Experience working in Agile Scrum environments. Prior client facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Educational Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Professional Attributes : As a Team Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud at Accenture, lead a team on HCM implementations and support projects – Develop and deliver BIP/XML Publisher reports, support technical components, and collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery.
